  • Can I get some Shadow Boxing input?

I'm shadow boxing in my fighting stance, so this is a perfect clip to review. Foreman said tall guys should fight tall, no matter what textbook for the early 19th century preached.

But any observation from trained eyes would be appreciated.

You need an actual trainer to see what you're doing and keep you mindful of technical errors, I still work bags a few times a week but willing to bet my technique has really faltered doing everything just on my own.
