If you get kicked in the side of the jaw HARD, and don't flinch, does that mean you have an iron chin?

How sensitive is the side of the jaw compared to other spots? Is it impressive? I don't know if I rolled with it or not. But it was a full swing that banged me, and I had no mouth piece either.
