nurture a cut.. i recently clashed heads with a fellow sparringpatner, which caused me to have a nasty cut, right on the bone, just below my eyebrow..

i asked the nurse, after she removed the stitches, whether some lotion would help, but she didnt know..

perhaps some on here, has had the experience too, and has some solid advice..
