hey guys, this is my first post. I just started boxing about two months ago. Anyway i need to confirm sometihng regarding the left hook. When you hit with the left hook, does your palm face you or the floor? I had seen instruction videos showing it with the palm facing the floor..... but pros like tyson hit with the palm facing himself..... i tried it on the heavy bag and the palm facing myself gives me more power....hmmmm... any help will be great guys! cheers
