looking to gain about 40 pounds. never messed with supplements before, but i heard they give an extra kick in the ass. nutrition and work outs are number 1 on the list obviously, but i heard supps give you faster muscle recovery and extra calories.
im looking to include this into my weight training diet, nothing aerobic yet
i heard muscle juice gives you good results.
couple of my friends used muscle milk and say they work great. one guy told me he gained nearly 25 pounds in 2 and a half month. but he did get some fat along with it. i heard that muscle milk has some creatine in it, others said it dont, im not really sure, but im more interested in muslce milk rather than muscle juice.
i did alotta net research and few bodybuilding sites, and most approve these as good weight gainers. i need a second opinion, did anyone here use either one, and did it help? are there any other effective weight gainers on the market?
