Whats your favorite conditioning routine or drill?
Ive been experimenting with the "Deck of Cards" (http://www.rosstraining.com/articles/deckofcards.html) and I thought this one was pretty good.
RED=1 2's (jab cross) with 5 lb weights
BLACK=Burpees
aces=15
it ends up being 200 burpees and 200 1+2's as fast as possible. I started off rolling first but dropped it part way through.
