Over the last week I've had a bad cold and haven't been able to train because of it which annoyed me slightly as it played on my mind thinking of how much muscle I was losing and how long it would take me to get it back. Now I think I've shifted the cold and can start full training again. I just wondered if anyone knew how much fitness and muscle I will have lost over the past 5 days and how long it will take for me to get back to where I was.
