thats preti damn good.... ur gettin good snaps and weight behind ur punches, all i could probably say is just twish ur hips more when ur throwing a hook, but besides that it was good!
u look like ur kinda stiff when ur throwin ur punches. they dont look as fluid as they could IMO, and u def need more head movement in there and bounce up on ur toes some more. good form though and i like how ur hands go right back up to ur face. good job man!
