Hey guys, this is my first post on these boards so sorry if I **** anything up.
Basically i've noticed inconsistency in my sparring. I haven't fought competitively, but have sparred numerous times and notice that sometime's i'll really have a good session and be landing a lot of the time and successfully avoiding punches, when others i'll be throwing weak shots and seem to take more shots than I really have to.
I'm 15 so i'm mainly thinking that it's lack of experience in boxing or something similar to that which is resulting in inconsistency. It's a sport I love, and put as much as I can when I train and want to start competing soon. Should I try and round myself better as a fighter, or should I try and squeeze that extra bit of effort out in training?
Any help appreciated.
