  • Anyone have massive fruit cravings?

    I think I do because I dont have enough vitamins on regular basis.

    For example today I killed a whole basket of peaces, there are about a dozen in a basket. A ton of tangarines, and a few apples, and I just couldnt stop eat all day.

    And this happens to me once in a while, not too often.

    Anyone else have the same problem? And how do you cope?

    I have the exact same problem but with pizza. Ill go months without having some then eat like 2 large pizzas in one sitting. The best way to cope is put fruit into your diet more often so you dont have large cravings that you cant control.

      I do the fruit thing too, I just love fruit, but I hit phases where I'm all about it and some times it just rots ontop of my fridge, either that or your a diabetic.

            Maybe your lacking something - do you drink enough water after training? Fruit contains alot of juices and liquids...water...

            Maybe your body craves fruit because it is thirsty?

              The only time i crave fruit is when i am eating healthy food and cutting out the bad stuff, so instead of eating some candy i eat an apple or pear or something simply because of the sugar. Usually happens around the 3-4 time in the arvo when the body is craving energy for me.

                I crave pastas and breads. Sugars give you a boost in your mood as well as they are the biggest comfort food. I feel that the sugars in fruit for you are your linus blanket of you will. You go to them when you need some sort of comfort. I would suggest eating a couple pieces of fruit in the morning and you will burn off the sugar and stave off any cravings.
