    Just wondering, to everyone here that is not currently in a weightclass with no intentions of moving up or getting bigger....because then I guess you would probably be focusing a lot more on boxing than weight training...

    how often do you work out compared to box? For example, right now being that i have classes and a job, im time limited but I try to lift weights about 4 times a week, run long distance at least twice a week and do heavy bag training about twice a week. During the summer I will have a lot more time...

    I know its a strange question, maybe not to clear...

    Also, how about boxing AFTER weight training? I normally try not to do this being that I feel like it might kill the effectiveness of my weight training (is this true?) so I try to box on different days. This really doesn't leave me with much time to box because I really want at least 4 days for weight lifting to get bigger so it only leaves me with 2 days to practice on the bag. Boxing twice a week just seems a little half hearted to me, but I do work very hard when I box. I have every intention of practicing till im completely out of steam, soaked in sweat, cant lift my arms. no half assed stuff.
