hey im new at this and was wondering if i could get some help. i need a sample workout. if someone could help, id appreciate it.
i dont want to be a hard core boxer or anything, but really want to be in better shape, and i want to be able to punch fast and really hard. those are my 2 only goals. i love to lift weights. i want to continue to do that, so i didnt want to overtrain. that is my problem. i need a workout that will accomplish my first to goals without overtraining me. i do one muscle group per day, training 4 days a week, combining shoulders and legs.. i cannot train at all 3 days of the week because of work. if someone could develop a program, or give me some pointers to accomplish my 2 goals without over training i would appreciate it. thanks.
