Boxrec's lists are usually meaningless (I've noticed Brewster actually rise up the rankings the longer he's inactive, which is bizarre, as well as boxers drop when they win) but that's not a bad list.

I guess Sergei should still be in there as he did go 12 (almost) with a title holder, and Brewster shouldn't as he's sadly inactive, but that's not bad.
