Fighting weight and walking weight are 2 different things. If you wanna talk fair, Pac started at 106lb, PBF started at 130lb. To equal that feat PBF would have to jump to MW or fight Winky at 154. At 154, both Winky & PBF can meet each other but I think Winky will definetly beat him, just too much size..in the same way of pac-pbf at 140+.

Pacquio is not made to go beyond 130. Hes already full at 130. Hes ripped at that weight. Floyd's first fight was at 130, Pacs was at 106. Think about that. 140 would be 8 weight classes above where Pac debuted at. Thats unheard of.

I think that would be possible if they were. I doubt Pacquiao could hurt Mayweather though, since Floyd is naturally bigger and won't let Pacquiao land clean shots and won't at least completly trade with him.
