Bob Arum: 1 Million PPV buys for pacquiao vs morales 3 lol

Why does he lie so hard...hahaha

Bob Arum said more than 1 million pay-per-view buys were made by Thursday -- more than in either of the first two fights -- and a sellout is expected, leading to closed-circuit broadcasts elsewhere in Las Vegas.

He said once said Michael Nunn would be bigger than Sugar Ray Leonard and on par with Muhammad Ali, and would beat Mike Tyson!

lol a sellout "expected". Boy is boxing weak. I want to know why the fight isnt in a place where people care, like a soccer stadium in mexico or the philipines. Im sure the promoter could make up for the lack of neutrality in the crowd with some more cash for the odd man out.

a sellout crowd "expected" as in, its going to be a sellout crowd.

Nearly every single Las Vegas fight sells out.

Bob Arum didnt say, "we expect a sell out crowd." thats what the writer said.

Arum probably said that there WILL be a sell out crowd and the righters went, "oh okay, so u guys are expecting a sell out crowd.

And have u ever looked at or payed attention to the crowed at one of these fights? its absoltely nuts. They stand up and appload after every mildly good round. the crowd doesnt care???

The big guys in the sport have HEAVY drawing power, as much or more so then basketball does

Was he referring to this fight alone or the entire trilogy? That would make more sense. If the first 2 fights had a combined over 700,000 buys, then this one would easily cap it over 1 million total. Though no way would this fight single handily achieve over 1 million buys. How many have?

hahaha this fight is only gonna get 200,000 ppv buys and im one of the guys ordering it...most guys are so cheap they wont pay for it.

the ufc will do 800,000 ppv buys...

i just cant stand when ARUM tells lies like this! I mean seriously...some guy even said Eddie murphy was betting on the pacman hahah last time they said koby bryant was gonna watch and tiger woods.!

this is a desperate plea to hype a fight.

why dont they just be honest instead of lie?

I like pacquiao but be honest, with numbers.

no wonder boxing promoters are not take serious.

this sounds more of a lie to me cause he was referring to this fight.

hahah americans dont even know who pacquiao and morales are...

arum even said that the pacman vs morales was the highest rated of all the countdown shows
? so what big deal its a countdown show its not the fight he said that more people tuned in to watch the preview then the wladimir fight.

                    cough bull****.
