Shane moved up to Welterweight after Tito had moved up to 154. Shane's first fight at 147 was about two weeks after the Oscar-Trinidad fight. Trinidad had stated that he wanted to move up to 154 unless he had to rematch Oscar. Oscar didn't want the fight so Tito moved up to 154.
