Damn, good fights. Great highlights espeically the second fight.

In the first fight what gloves were they wearing and in the second fight what gloves was Escalera wearing?

In the second fight looks like Arguello is wearing a smaller glove. He show his power in the second fight, had to be the gloves.

does anyone else gets the feeling, when watching these and other fights, that fighters from today are great physical specimens, but the average level of skills has gone down?

(I know there is nothing average about arguello, the thought just occurred to me)

The skills are still their, but it could be that todays fighters are getting rushed.

boxing today is just going the wrong direction, if boxing straightens up, so will the fighters.
