He fights Ruiz for a WBA mandatory this weekend.

I'd have to place Brock ahead of Liakhovich, personally; but good list.

I gave Sergi the nod over Brock because he is a recent past champion.

Badblood's list looks great, just like I'd have it. Asian, you have Shannon way too high. No way he is the #2 heavyweight after such a terrible performance in a fight he was losing at the time of the stoppage. He must prove himself more before he's rank above Valuev and Maskaev. Maskaev's knockout over Rahman was a more dominating win than Brigg's, and Valuev has at least defended his title successfully.

Why is Ruiz on this list and not Brewster or Byrd? All are dethroned champions, however Ruiz hasn't fought since last year. I'd take Ruiz and Chagaev off and put both Byrd and Brewster on it.

Brewster's inactivity is costing him spots and Ruiz gets in for the WBA mandatory against Chagaev. Byrd misses the top 10 because his next fight is at cruiser.
