Interesting Poll, I would have to go with Hatton because he puts pressure from the beginning and he brings power with that pressure. It would probably take a toll on shane.

Hatton did struggle against Collazo but not because he couldn't back him... he did on several occasions during the fight and Collazo had more sucess when being backed up because he is more comfortable fighting of the back foot as a counter puncher. The real issue during the fight for Hatton was the fact that Callazo was a Southpaw - Hatton struggles to adapt his style to lefties and leavesz himself open.

For me Hatton can fight at 147... he was unmoved by Zoo. I appreciatew this was at 140 but don't tell me Zoo couldn't **** as hard as anybody in the current 147 division.
but all due respect, Tszyu said it himself, he felt "Flat"...did you see the guy at the weigh-in?

When you are drained, your energy and strength are down in the ****ter.

He also wasn't landing anything serious until he was breathing through his mouth, which didn't take to long to happen. When your tired you power is not the same. Although he did seem to stun Hatton a few times.

And didn't Tszyu say he was fighting injured, which caused him to have surgery again? not sure if it is an excuse that he is using, but he did reportedly have surgey.

He probably didn't adjust to the time of day too, which is another problem since you need the chemicals in your body to run through your body properly.

Of course this is all Tszyu's fault, he should of known better

Mosley easily...Hatton can't beat anybody he can't bully around the ring. At 147 the guys are just as big as him and his limited skills would be exposed by a guy like Mosley. Speed kills especially against wrestlers with short arms.

Are you calling Hatton a "bully" with stubby arms?

I think Mosely by stoppage. He would stagger Hatton and maybe put him down often in the mid-late rounds and the ref would stop it.

No he's better than just a bully...but his style is based around bullying people around the ring. And he does have stubby arms...actually it impresses me he can box so well with them.

you're reading me wrong. Hatton is definitely top 10 p4p, my #5. I am responding to Geoff saying that Hatton was great before he beat Tszyu. You cannot be great until you beat a great fighter. He is trying to claim Hatton was great long ago so it looks better for Hatton when he loses.

At 147, Hatton could lose to a lot of guys. He's going to just be a little too small in reach and height for most welters, including Mosely. The guy isn't a welter, he's a jr welter. That said, he'd give every welter out there a good fight. And I think he beats anyone at 140, including Castillo.
