Eh, that doesn't mean that if Erik wins he won't fight Barrera. I have not heard anything straight from Erik, either, and Bob gets ****** sometimes.
I'd prefer to see a Pac-Barrera rematch than a fourth fight between Barrera and Morales, tho.

Does Barrera's being with Golden Boy Promotions has to do with Erik and Arum's refusal to acknowledge the Nov. 18 fight as final eliminator? Something like they don't want to jeopardize future promotional moves that can become unavailable to them if they commit at this stage.
But like the other posters here, I'd rather have Pac-Barrera than an Erik-MAB 4.
Hey, now a thought has got me musing: If Erik really wants nothing to do anymore with MAB and will forego any possibility of MAB-Erik 4, does that mean that Pacquiao will still get a shot at Barrera even if he loses to Morales, provided that the fight is close? Will the WBC declare Morales in default of his right to a mandatory and subsequently declare Pacquiao Barrera's mandatory challenger?
Maybe I'm having too much coffee...Last edited by grayfist; 11-14-2006, 11:54 PM.
