What is it you wan't in a boxing match ?

Ok all I seem to see now days is people complaining about fights being "boring" or this and that fighter should "go for it". The funny thing is that this seems to be said no matter who is fighting or what kind of fight it is . You have a PBF or a RJ who outclass everyone but you jump them for not going for a ko yet if they go for that ko and get KO'd when doing so you will not call them a warrior but instead brand them as ****** . On the other hand you have fighters that go all out but are called out on lack of boxing skills .
There seems to be no middle ground to keep everyone happy. Even outside the ring you have fighters like RJ, JT ,PBF Ali, who are fun in and out the ring, they talk trash and back it up but are called ******s for doing so. On the other hand you have fighters like Lewis ,Holmes that never had a word to say but are considered to quiet and boring .
Is it that we wan't to be entertained and that's what they are fighters/entertainers but we hve no clue how we wan't to be entertained ? In todays boxing the fighter is in a no win situation with his fans . It has become a "what have you done for me lately" sport with no end in sight .
I ask you now why is it that in most sports the fans love a winner but in boxing we only love you if you won in the way that we wanted you to ? .
I'm sure John Ruiz ask himself this everyday.

Anytype where both fighters are competing. Only fight I don't like is when there is non stop clinching or neither fighter does nothing or attempts nothing pretty much. Even if one guy is completely outboxing the other guy and not getting touched I'd still watch.

I want to see a fighter overcome adversity and successful impose his will on another fighter of equal or greater ability. I also want whoever wins to do so in a decisive manner and leave no questions unanswered.

I could watch a fight like winky-trinidad all day, I don't think fights like that are boring. I hate clinching and when a guy hits and moves and doesn't try to put punches together.

i dont hate PBF's style but the man he chooses to fight. if he chooses to fight margarito or hatton even the outcome is boring im gonna watch it. i know he can beat them both but i want to see it.

Roy jones/Jermaine is exciting fighter in my books btw. (even ive only seen 3 JT fights)
