Whats the big deal? He appreciated the #1 fighter in the world, all he said Its an honour and he thinks he's a good champion, whats so wrong with that? Jay Nady has referee'd over 150 championship bouts, why would he be biased in this fight? floyd does'nt need a referee anyway for baldomir lol.

i liked how floyd was quiet, he is really smart. it was'nt necessary to say that...but he did, even so there is nothing wrong with that, some people may find it annoying though because if he wanted to say that he could have said it to both fighters, sort of felt bad for baldy, but still like I said Nady is a very experienced referee, one of the most probably...and he knows what hes doing, does'nt matter what he says outside the ring, what matters is what he does inside the ring, and that was being a fair referee, which he was.

I did think there was a minor bias in the ring, but nothing that affected the outcome of the bout. It's not a major big deal, just a discussion point, that's all. And yeah, I like the way Floyd didn't even answer him.
