    Most snapping punches

Who would you say had the most snap on their punches.

Some people that automatically come to mind are Tommy Hearns and Nigel Benn.

Floyd and Juan Diaz throw crisp snapping shots even though they are not thrown with KO intent. Its alot harder then it seems to have a consistent pop added to the end of every punch.

Sugar Ray Leonard had some serious snap on his punches.

Terry Norris also had some wicked snap...even in the 12th he threw those punches with mustard on em. Snapping your punches effectively and consistently is a testament to your conditioning as well.

              Don't forget Tyson.

For a guy with a build like he had, he had serious snap on his punches.

Jeff Lacy is a similar build, he hits hard but has little snap and connectivity.

what does snap mean is pin point accuracy, shock value . what is it exactly does it equate to power.

Snap refers to the way a punch is landed. Has nothing to do with accuracy, it is about the way you quickly retract your punch as soon as it hits the target. Like touching a hot stove and you automatically pull back your hand. This is a very big factor in power and effectiveness of punches.

You have what is referred to as "pushy" punches which land with less speed and with little retraction. These punches are much less hurtful.
