Listen to the fans booing Valuev and it becomes apparent that they didn't he had won the fight. Personally I thought it was close and that a rematch was certainly called for. However, Valuev's management team fully realize that Ruiz would only have had to improve by 1% to have won the fight, and that is well within Ruiz's limited talent. Valuev is vulnerable and it is just a question of time before he is toppled from the throne.

Ruiz canned Stoney for the obvious reason that you see in the video. Stoney is an embarassment to the sport and he constantly created controversy which instantly turned him into the focal point of Ruiz's fights as opposed to the focal point being Ruiz himself.

I agree. Ruiz should of been loyal to this man he defended ruiz emotional at pressers as if ruiz was his own blood.

just cause he might be embarrassing is no reason to let someone who is loyal to you go...if it is cause ruiz didnt feel he could elevate his training and progress with stoney anymore i understand...but because the guy was embarrssing is no reason to drop him.
