Agreed, I think that Roger (or having your trainer, in general) could be the difference in a very close fight, which was not the case.

Whether Roger Mayweather was in the corner or not, I think they already had the gameplan set. In the interview on HBO before the fight Roger Mayweather said he told Floyd to just box and be smart.

Thier thinking was probably not to risk too much and just win so they can fight Delahoya.
