Why did a lot more people give Baldomir a better chance than Brock?

    Baldomir
    • Baldomir already had 9 loses before facing Mayweather
    • Baldomir has a very low KO/TKO ratio (43 wins, 13 KOs)
    • According to the polls, That in order to win, Baldomir had a better chance of doing so by knocking Mayweather out
    • Mayweather is P4P #1 fighter in the world

    Brock
    • Undefeated
    • Has a high KO percent (29 / 22)
    • Wlad is known to be inconsistent in his recent performance
    • Wlad has shown cases with bad stamina, chin, and ability to take a punch and even though he seemed to overcome most of it, I still think he is very vulnerable to punches to the head
So my question is: Why did only 14% of people on this board predict Brock to upset Wladimir, where 25% gave Baldomir a chance??

I give Brock a better chance, and I'm hoping Brock will win.

Anyone can knock anyone out. Just like that.

Brock can KO Wlad.. He is strong and can punch. Thing is i don't see him doing that. Wlad is huge. I just don't see Brock gettin by that jab. I vote for Wlad by TKO in the 4th.

Baldimor you can say it was hype. But i thought myself that Baldimor could have done it. I mean he didn't get demolished like Gatti when alot of people thought Gatti would accually do something. Not that people were hating on Floyd but seeing where Baldimor came from and selling those feather dusters you know. Alot of people go for the underdog. Excluding his backround though, I usually go for the underdog, I love seeing upsets, and seeing 2 of them by Baldimor just made me want to see more.

Baldomir had a strength, chin, and natural size advantage over Mayweather. Brock has nothing on Klitschko, absolutely nothing. Wlad is not only bigger but also quicker and a better boxer. Even his chin is not neccesarily better than Wlad's. He was floored by McCline who is a weaker hitter than anyone who's knocked Wlad down.

Sure he has a puncher's chance but you can say the same for anyone. Baldomir at least had strength and a chin over Mayweather; Brock has shown us nothing he could call and edge or advantage, physically anyway.

Alot of people hate mayweather for his arrogance. If floyd would just have a bit of modesty in him, he would probably be the most popular boxer today.

It's because Baldy was undefeated for his last 23 fights with 2 straight wins against the real welterweight champion in Judah and the popular Gatti.

Baldy being the much bigger man with a great chin is another reason people were picking him against PBF. Also 50% hates PBF and want him to lose.

As for Brock I think he's crappy boxer and will never be anything good even if he wins he will not be a champ for a long time but this is true about 99% of the heavweights that are fighting today.

Anyone who gave Baldomir a chance of winning 3 rounds is a complete joke as far as I'm concerned
