If Pacquiao wins, then they will abandon Morales and say he was a bum. That's just the way the world is.

Morales is just this side of shot, y'all. He might surprise me; but I do not see this fight even making it to the 10th this time. The first Pacquiao fight was Eric's swan song, IMHO, because he hasn't looked that good sense. His heart and guts are still there...and he might actually pull this one off; but he's been in so many wars that it's finally catching up to him.

In the first fight with Pacquiao, I could clearly see him taking tremendous punishment even though he was in control. He hd so severely eroded that he was a shell as a result of the mayhem of that fight.

Well, we have to give Barrera a little credit for that erosion, too. lol!! But you're right. I watched that fight and it was Morales last great effort. I remember towards the end he let Pacquiao hit him to show his machismo. Pacquiao I was the first nail in the coffin, so to speak; but the punishment had been building up for years. He's had a lot of wars.

I agree, that last round I could see that that wasn;t Morales. You have to look for little signs to show that a fighter has changed. I also think he's become disinterested, he's lost his motivation a little also.

I have respect for both fighters. I like both. Who ever wins is the best. I don't know why people be killing eachother with which fighter is better lol.
