ONE of the best fighters ever? Sure. THE best fighter ever? No chance, although he could still accomplish this if he were to fight on for a few years.

I am no Mayweather apologist, but if he were to challenge and beat DLH (and/or Winky) at 154 and Mosley, Margarito, Williams and Cotto at 147 (if they don't lose in the interim), then he could be discussed as the best ever IMO.

He'd retire undefeated, with only one questionable decision (Castillo I) that he avenged in the rematch.

If there is only one more PBF fight, I hope it's DLH and I hope it can give boxing a nice shot in the arm.

I personally would love to see mayweather vs williams or mayweather vs wright instead of oscar or mosly, even tho they are way bigger fights...
