Skelton would probably win, and he isn't even very good. The 2nd Williams fight pretty much shows us how he'd win.

Briggs brings nothing more than Williams to the table, heavy and powerful, stamina issues and slow.
The only difference is Danny Williams is bigger, and Skelton didn't break a sweat in the second fight when he chose to box.

Difference is that Williams has a chin, is more talented, and has better stamina even when he weighs close to 300 lbs.
