it seems like Floyd justs hits and runs he never tries to win a fight, just tries not to lose it...
Floyd is a great boxer, but a ****ing **** champion

Yep but Hatton didnt know PBF would be talking of retirement so soon. Noone did!
Why didnt PBF say to Hatton "we better be arranging this fight soon, because i will be gone after 2 more fights"
Hatton was the one talking of leaving boxing by the time he was 30. Im sorry but PBF is not acting like a champ.Comment

Deliveryman, of course that Mayweather won every round in the fight: Hit and run. That's fine. I understand both side's view on the fight but before liking a fighter you should love boxing to be able to tell who is fighting and who is running. Almost a the same time there was a "marathon" and I was wondering if Mayweather lost track of the route and dropped his number and ended up running inside the ring. You're knocking Floyd for pretty much securing his win in the final round, by playing it very safe.
Yet, you don't knock Leonard for practically RUNNING AWAY from Hagler for 2 minutes and 45 seconds in each and every of the 15 rounds.

You do what you have to, to win. If you don't find Floyd fights entertaining, then don't watch them, it's simple.
You might as well knock Pep and Whitaker for being ******* as well. Heh.
Let's not compare him with Leonard. He did his thing. Sugar stood before Duran in their first fight so he knew He would not do that the next time and there he was running in the rematch.
Sorry to say this but Baldomir did even better than Duran. He didn't quit. He went after a "chicken" the whole twelve rounds. Mayweather got the belt but his performance left a whole lot to be desireComment

you asked: "how can you call yourself one of the greatest ever with that style?"
how are casual fans any relevant to the discussion?
casual fans think Tyson is the greatest fighter to ever live and some probably think he retired unbeatenComment

). he ruled the division with an iron fist. he beat boxers, sluggers and brawlers with ease, only age could catch up with him.
