    BAD week for BOXING!!!!!!!!

More and more these "hyped" fights turn into bores.

Baldy-Mayweather had maybe two "2 sided" exchanges. Mayweather dominated 11 of 12 rounds even with a hurt right hand.

Briggs-Lyko was apparently a bore, but was expected to be a slugfest and an action packed fight.

Guerrero, a "could be" future draw for the sport has suffered a set-back with a loss to salido.

Williams wasnt the dominant power puncher we thought he was, and proves to be a poor finisher

Nothing really went right at all...

Well as far as Williams he's an accumulative pucher. He wears you down. But you gotta give that guy some credit he was tougher than a two dollar steak out there. I was impressed with a few things with Williams. His defense which has been a question mark, was fairly decent. I thought he had excelent head movement and he actually was rolling punches with his shoulders. He was in great shape as well, a lot more toner and fit. In the Mithcell fight he had no definition, so he was obviously training good.

What were u expecting in Baldomir-Mayweather? The quicker, slicker, and more intelligent fighter, and naturally gifted fighter won.

I must say honestly that I thought Baldomir would give Floyd some sort of trouble and take like 4 rounds or so.

remember me harping on how one-sided this fight would be in every post you made trying to hype the fight?

but then again, I said Briggs-Liakhovich would be a war. instead it was about 2:00 of a war in the first round and the last 30 seconds of the fight. still, seeing Sergei get knocked onto the table was worth way more than you guys put up to see Mayweather win a decision lol.
