Fight was boring because everyone loves offense... That's in any sport... Everyone would rather watch the Falcons offense on the field rather than the Ravens defense on the field... It's been said so many times... Offense sells tickets... Defense wins championships... Floyd is being criticized for not showing offense when he is putting on a defensive clinic... He took the open shots he had and didnt get hit... If I was his trainer I'd say "Great work, go get ya' belt and let's go cash this check"....

I love that quote mainly because its true. The offense sells tickets, defense wins championships one. I don't think Floyd cares anymore if you want to watch him. He put on a clinic and proved he's still the best in the sport. He has made tons of money and on top of making more he more so wants to make a lasting name for himself.

I still think Cotto, Margarito and Witter have the best shot at Floyd.

Cotto is excellent at cutting off the ring, heavy handed, and extremely accurate but his hands are a lil slow. the way Mayweather rolls that right shoulder in defense is basically an invitation for Cotto's Deadly lefts.

Margarito just because of size, power, puch rate and not to mention he is probably the biggest hater of Floyd out there.

Witter b/c his style is just ****ed up and it would give headaches to a lot of fighters

I don't fault him for how he fought, but it did get pretty damn repetitive him hitting and running after say ummm 4 rounds. A win is a win, but it was kind of boring.

That Pretty boy better not retire. If he does people will think he is chicken to fight Hatton. He was calling Hatton out 24 hrs ago and now drops this bombshell. I think PBF thinks he has made enough money and is getting out while he can. They dont make fighters like they used to.
PBF is being claimed as the best so imo he had better try and justify that tag. He cant dissapear now. In 20 years time they will see that Hatton wasnt on his record so how can he claim he beat the best.
Baldomir, Castillo will not make him a legend. These opponents dont make me go wow...... PBF must have been great. He needs Hatton on his record.
