Quick question boxing brothers: Will I be able to watch this fight in HiDef? I'm located in New Jersey, service provider is Comcast. Last time I ordered a PPV fight, it was not displayed in HiDef, even though the press release said it would be available in HD for those that have it. I know some of you in here have to be in the same position as me. After watching sports in HiDef, there is NO turning back. I remember a month ago when Barrera fought on Showtime and Valuev on HBO, both were available in HiDef and for Free nonetheless. When you order something in PPV, most of the time, that -ish is not widescreen. I suppose it could vary with different providers in different territories. Please, enlighten me. I will be ticked off if I pay $50 and can't even watch it in HiDef. This is one of the biggest fights this year, they better do it properly.
2nd Quick Question: If you have 2 HiDef televisions along with 2 HiDef boxes in your house, if you order the fight on one box, can the other box also receive the fight without having to pay/order twice? I believe this is true. I'm having a party at my house downstairs but I would also like to escape to my bedroom and have a private party with my girl...
Edit/Update: I called up Comcast. They told me they were unsure if the fight will be available in HiDef. She tuned to the channel and it didn't say anything about the fight being in HiDef. I am FOKKIN dissappointed to say the least, but I will stay hopeful that it might still work out tonight.
As for my second question, if you plan to watch it on 2 different boxes/tvs in your home, they told me that you can actually call them up and they will make it available on all your boxes for the price of ordering 1. Don't just order it from the tv though, it will be locked to that box. Call them up and they can make put it through to all your boxes. Good to know for future reference
