        yah p4p hes better but this is a ratings not skills
        easy because past experience at a lower or higher weight class factors into rating. Thats why when you see a guy move up who was an ex champ he usually falls within the top ten or 15 even though he has no experience at that weight. Mayweather also won a fight against Sharmba Mitchell who was rated within the top 10 to position himself into a title fight. He fought Zab Judah who fell in the rankings but still held a belt. Mayweather took that belt and since Margarito has yet to face a Champion at the 147lb divison or even hold a belt in another weight class he is rated lower. Does this answer your question?
