James Toney Sued Over Contract Dispute

It was reported by CBS News, that James "Lights Out" Toney is being sued for $132,500 by a man he considered hiring earlier this year as his co-manager. Yuval Margalit filed his lawsuit Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging breach of a written contract. [details]

No doubt Toney used the $125,000 he owed on a couple of gourmet chefs, maybe he bought a Burger King store for himself. There’s no doubt in my mind that money all went on food (and possibly a couple of cigars)
