I found it interesting, since I got my dvds yesertday, that the first Santos-Margarito fight Santos was dominating the first round, so it doesn't seem like their 2nd fight was a fluke, which was two or three years after?

If Santos hadn't lost/robbed against the German fighter, Floyd wouldn't even think of gettitng into the ring with him. Cause Santos can box, and fight, which means Floyd would not fight him either, and just to remind you, Margarito was beating Santos but the cut, and a home town decicion gave the fight to Santos.

Santos was as big as Margarito and could take his punch. Anyone that Margarito fights that is a decent boxer, and could take a punch will beat Margarito. Margarito is slightly overrated. Santos is not a great fighter, just a good fighter, and Margarito lost to a good fighter. Its all about styles and Santos had the style to give Margarito trouble. Should Margarito move up to 154 or 160 he would not have as much success as he has had at 147.

Its been said Margarito tried earlier to get Santos in the ring before the 3 years.

Santos is good fighter, i never said he was great. Winky didn't want to fight him, so that tells you the skill level of Santos.

Why even talk about a higher weight class for Margarito if people already doubt him. That doubt is enough of a good reason for Margarito to keep making the welterweight division.

Another thing, at the end of the 2nd fight Larry cuts in just before they say what would happen to the belts if one loses, he brings up Cintron beating Reid, so was this because he knew Margarito was gonna lose or he was suggesting he'll drop back down anyway?

Yeah, just I moved and right now Im on dail up, took 2 hours to upload that on googles uploader and its just 6 mb. Plus Friday Ima go to New Jersey so maybe I gotta find a place to upload it my computers on crack. I got the fight round by round ready expect the 5th since its already up
