Jeff Lacy very quiet

As far as I can see since being defeated by Joe Calzaghe, Jeff Lacy has been quiet about his boxing career. He hasnt said anything about his future besides getting ready to fight some guy soon.

I'm really disappointed in Jeff Lacy. Most champions are measured by the way they come back from defeats and Jeff seemed to lose interest a bit, although he has an upcoming fight on December 12.

I remember when Allan Green was talking trash about Lacy being a coward and all for ducking him, and Lacy didn't even respond or say anything. He might've lost his fire, who knows.

I don't know, he was pretty emphatic at the press conference announcing the card (before Tyspko was named the opponent) that this was not a comeback. He seemed confident to me, and this is his first fight on HBO as well. If he can blow out Tsypko impressively, HBO will latch on to him and start its hype machine.

he and his fans should realise he's inexperienced and that Calzaghe was the best super middle in the world, so Lacy just needs to train more.

its not as if Jeff was a major ****-talker before the Calzaghe fight or something... and he has made a couple statements about his intentions to come back at a couple press conferences, if you're that concerned..

I think people are missing that point, lacy is generally very humble, his interviews are generally without much flare or flash.
