    Id have to agree that Roach's statement about the velocity training was off and sort of like an attempt to make the work done at the Velocity Perfomance gym look like cheating and gain popularity. But anyone that saw the video of Morales doing the workout could clearly see that the work put in was hard work, and like the article states it was more of a " traditional know how and progressive conditioning science" With good old fashion hard work.

    And Morales is up in the Otomi mountains right now in his gym doesnt get more traditional for a Mexican fighter than that lol.
