this fight doesn't mean much to me, and i do like both fighters, but i'm going to take briggs in this one, mainly due to the fact that he appears to be the underdog and he's a US fighter. where he's from doesn't mean much to me but like the baseball world series if my team isn't in it i root for the national league, unless it's Atlanta or the LA Dodgers.

so the home turf is what is swaying my vote......

briggs was good, in the 1990's, now he's past prime...he'll probably be stopped at say, maybe, the 6th or 7th round. for some reason though, i think he may land a lucky punch somewhere in the early rounds and knock sergei down. as long as briggs has energy, it could be an exciting fight

Go Sergei! After his last fight, Sergei has become one of my favorite fighters. I hope he fights Wlad next, the winner of that will be the best HW in the world.

I'm going to take the common view. If Sergei can survive the first 3 or 4 rounds then he TKO's Briggs. And he will because he is the toughest fighter in the devision after proving it against Brewster.
