I sadly will remember him falling down all those time in the Tyson fight and not his wins.

        Geezus, NO WAY.
Brutal way to die. God bless his family.

Last man to beat Ali right ?

I'll always remember the Tyson fight, but it takes a certain kind of man to climb between those ropes and do what the average man only dreams of, taking his shot. RIP CHAMP.

I remember shortly after the Ali fight, Berbick came back to Canada to fight for the Canadian/Commonwealth championship. He was fighting some guy named Racette in his (Racette's) hometown of Nanaimo, BC, and was the underdog. Everyone in Nanaimo was hoping Racette would be the great white hope, and thought he had the faster hands and better movement and skills to beat Berbick.

How wrong they were. Berbick was seek and destroy that night - just walked Racette down and gave him the beating of his life. Very impressive and a coronation of sorts for Trevor. That's how I prefer to remember him - as a conqueror that night. RIP Trevor.
