    Norris by decision.

norris was chinny but dlh ain't a big puncher at 154. norris is also faster than de la hoya and would outbox him 8-4.

oscar at 154 got hit more than he used to also. even the snail yori boy was able 2 catch him with some shots.

Honestly, I'd have to go with De La Hoya. Norris never had a very good chin; and while I can see him getting out in front for the first few rounds, Oscar would eventually trick him into trading...and when the left hook landed, Norris would go down.

De La Hoya by mid-to-late round tko.

this is a toss up i could see norris outboxing oscar to a victory just on the speed he possessed (thats not saying oscar don't have speed or boxing ability) but if oscar could land that left hook i could see a ko in favor of dlh. but i would take norris just because of the speed and when oscar fought the likes of mosley and pernell (which i'm not saying norris is as skilled as sweetpea just purely on speed) seems the speed got to him.

That is a very good point...."the speed got to him"; great observation.

Speed would be a factor but remember oscar learned from mosely that speed can be controlled with timeing. That's why mosely didn't really win the rematch and why forest beat mosely.
Speed is a small factore. I see oscars left hook being a big factore. If he catches him clean it will have norris scared to come in if it don't get him knocked out
