Who Is The Most Avoided Boxer?

I don't think theres such a thing as the most avoided fighter. To step into the ring you've got to have some courage and guts so I don't think its fair to say X fighter fears Y fighter. Its more about X promoter wants to protect his fighter and avoids matching him up against certain opponents he considers a threat.

It seems an awful LOT of these most AVOIDED fighters are also the LEAST heard of.. I wonder if there is a connection???

i think hes being avoided because no one actually has to fight him and he doesnt deserve a big fight at all, but people ARE avoiding him so...
