I give Briggs more than just a punchers chance

Something tells me that Lyakhovich is really over-hyped with his win over Brewster...

Yes both guys (Lyakhovich and Brewster) have a hell of a beard and can punch...

But lets not forget that Brewster was Wlad's punching bag for the first 4 rounds of their fight and could not do anything until Wlad punched himself out trying to finish Brewster.

Briggs on the other hand had Lewis hurt a number of times....

Having mixed feelings about that fight and we could see an upset

i think briggs has a good chance but i still think he will lose

simply cause i think lyakoivch can stand up to briggs power early and if he makes it into the 6th round there is no way briggs will beat him down the stretch

pace could be an extremely important factor here. especially since we're talking about briggs. i don't like briggs much, but i do think he's a bit underrated in his ability to fight.

Something tells me that Lyakhovich is really over-hyped with his win over Brewster...
            this could be.

not sure i would conclude that wk winded himself out completely. could have been foul play. in this particular case, i wouldn't rule it out.

agree that brewster couldn't do anything until klitschko didn't have enough strength to even keep his hands up. people i was watching the fight with were actually laughing at brewster's head bouncing back and forth from wladimir's jab and how easy it was for him to go through brewster's defence.

sergei is the real deal. hes got quick hands, power, stamina. the only thing that troubles me is his chin but then again he took brewsters best shots. something wlad couldnt do.

Briggs has to let it all hang out in the first 3 rounds.

YEP! My head says Liakhovich should WIN this... BUT I have a feeling in my gut that the UPSET is at hand.. And I also concur that Brewster although tough, is only just THAT.. all BEARD and HEART and it was only a Matter of time before someone withstood his LEFT hook and beat him.. The fact the fight was competitive says that MAYBE Liakhovich is overrated.. we shall see
