This fight wasn't supposed to be happening. The only reason Williams is fighting Nov 4th is because Goossen wanted him on the Mayweather PPV card.

There was a little over 3 weeks to get an opponent, and a week and a half when this new opponent was named.

You all are acting like they selected this as an easy fight. The only reason it's happening is because it's a chance for Williams to be on TV for the 3rd time this year.

If you have a young fighter, you want him in the ring as often as possible, staying active and in training.

If you're promoting a young fighter, you'd kill to have him on the televised portion of a big PPV.

He's going to KO this guy in less than 5 before a large audience of people who've never seen him fight before, along with people like Margarito, Oscar, Mosley etc etc watching at ringside.

It's absolutely the right idea, and a good opportunity.
