A main event and an interesting preliminary bout have been added to an already stellar "Battle of the Rising Stars" promoted by All Star Boxing. Light heavyweight contender Rico Hoye (19-1, WBC #6, WBA #13, IBF #14) will try and get back into title contention when he meets Sam Hill (17-6) in a ten round bout.
