    My first Big Time experience...

Friday Oct 20th 2006 at The Palace of Auburn Hills, I got to work a 4 rounder with my fighter Darryl Cunningham "The People's Choice". He won a 4th round TKO after dropping his guy 4 or 5 times all from body shots. It was such an awesome experience from going to the weigh in the night before where I got to meet Buddy McGirt and many other trainer/coaches from the Motor City and beyond. Newspaper people were there and they had the photographers and the food spread and the excitement was in the air...got to wrap Darryl's hands and got to watch the commision inspect my work and sign off on them, to the ring walk and the cheering crowd, to being in the ring for the introductions, and taking care of my fighter when a clash of heads caused a swell under his left eye, using my enswell and not only stopped the swell but actually was able to reduce it to almost nothing, doing this in front of the Motor City boxing community...ladies and gentleman...fello boxing fans just like me...all of us should be able to experience this like I got to. I am a blessed and fortunate man...and just so thankfull to have been included in such an awesome thing. I'm sure a lot of you...such as Iceman John Scully and others with his experience, see these things today as another day in the office (not to put words in their mouths...but ya'll know what I mean...some of the guys on here are "old school") but for me it was an experience of a lifetime and cant wait till the next time my guy fights...to any of you who do step through those ropes, regardless of what level you are or were, ya'll are courageous people and it takes a true warrior to do so...my hats off to you!!!! I will keep ya'll posted of my guys progress or you can check him out on BoxRec...take care fight fans......
