I hope this REALLY happens... Great for BOXING as a
    whole
BUt why give EITHER fighter HOME advantage?.. a fight of this magnitude should be fought on neutral grounds..
If its HELD in wales I will lose a little bit of respect for JC.. I understand the money thing.. BUT I am sure this would sell out WHEREVER it's held..

but you gotta understand that to generate the kind of payday that both fighters wants its gonna have to be held at the millenium stadium in cardiff because with the roof closed that is probably the biggest indoor arena in britain

Name me a bigger indoor arena in the UK, or even Europe than the Millenium Stadium.

Joe wanted his homecoming fight, having never fought there before. This wouldn't half be a good one to have!

Because it will be easier to sell tickets in either UK or Denmark.
Also in regards to TV and timezones it makes the most sense to have it in UK or DK. If you had in the USA, it would be on very morning in europe - not good for sales.
                Better the other way around.

So if Calzaghe feels better about having it in the UK - So be it.
Kessler will deal with a hostile crowd just fine.

Whatever is gonna be the stumbling block, this isn't it.

It could seat more people than any stadium in the entire world.

                  That's what I was told.

When I said neutral I wasn't thinking the USA.. I was more thinking about NON traditional MEGA fight markets.. Ali did it in Africa and the Philipines.. But as I already said I understand the Money thing.. And OF course I understand the Danes and British wanting to be accomodated .. BUT to me this fight (4 belts TOTAL uniifcation) goes beyond NATIONAL pride.. to me this fight would BELONG TO BOXING.. and its location should reflect THAT.. I mean NO offence to DANES and BRITS.. but what I am saying makes a little sense NO?
