Latino is not a race, either. Latinos are a sub-classification of the Caucasoid race, based on culture rather than significant difference of genetic characterstics.

Some also classify Australiod as a race, though because of the small population they are often ignored.

Race is based on a science called Craniofacial Anthropometry, which is mainly used in forensic anthropology. It classifies humans by common characterstics of the skull, such as thickness and roundness of eye sockets, amongst many other things.

So, before you call someone a moron, make sure you have your facts straight lest you find yourself pissing into a strong wind.

All that aside, I can see where Mexicans, culturally speaking, might not consider DLH to be one of their own. He seems very "white".

How does he seem white? I hate when peolpe say someone acts black or acts white etc. etc. How do you act white, black or any race? All that matters is the blood that runs for his veins. Being Mexican is not a color, it's about your beleifs, your culture, your way of life etc. etc. Just because he isn't the typical Mexican fighter being a bloody brawler or because he now is in a positioin where he no longer struggles and is at a point in his life where he is very wealthy doesn't make him white. He had the boxing skills to not have to be that type of fighter, he was a smart boxer and upon retirement he will still have all of his sense. I am sure growing up he saw his share of struggles growing up in East L.A. isn't exactly growing up priveleged or in the best neighborhoods. He has seen his share of struggles, and has risen from that finding a way to live a better life. You can't hate on him for that.

This has actually come under dispute in the past few years. There were holes in the migratory theory that could not be explained, and recent discoveries might point to a seperate evolutionary path for asians, though there is a long way to go in proving this.

It is universally known that the birthplace of civilization is the African Continent. Secondly, as stated in my previous post, dark is dominate, light is recessive. You can get recessive from the dominate but not the dominate from the recessive. Therefore, it is genetically impossible for blacks to evolve from whites or asians. It's simple genetics.

Very good post!!!! I saw that post yesterday as well and thought it was really ignorant and I thought about replying,but I decide not to waste my time with that idiot. It just goes to show how ignorant people can be. My parents are from Mexico, and I was born in Texas, does that make my ethnicity not Mexican because I wasn't born in Mexico?

if your conceived on american soil your american by default of nationality, his post was terrible, ill conceived and confuses race with nationality.
