Question about Mike Tyson's fight on Friday

I can't remember the last time I've seen a live boxing exhibition. Do the fighters only 'act' as if they're fighting? In other words do they pull their punches and fake knockdowns etc?

I've seen footage of Ali competing in an exhibition match against a Japanese wrestler and it was a joke. Is Tyson's exhibition on Friday going to be like that or will it be a real fight that is simply shorter?

This isn't intended to be anything like a fight that you would expect. It is a glorified sparring session. Corey Sanders has his own physical problems so it's debatable whether he will start swinging at Tyson for a little reputation. Boxing people know that Tyson is a done deal, but the uninitiated, that will be turning up to see Tyson, do not. As such, there is a chance that anyone fighting Tyson in any capacity might try and make a name for themselves.

Look at this guy's eye. this is the depths to which the Tyson sideshow has fallen. Sanders fought in Trinidad on Friday and lost and was out of boxing for years with a detached retina, yet he says that the eye wasn't why he was out of boxing, it was that he couldn't land the big fights.

Idiots and bull****ters combine to get Tyson a little tax money.

Do you know this for sure? I couldn't find anything on the website in the pay-per-view events section about it, but there's something about the JM Marquez PPV...

If Tyson can get the W against T-Rex he may be right back in the title hunt, right?

T-Rex iced Oleg and Oleg is a grand champion...oh boy this is gonna be great!

                Isnt it?

Yes he could rematch Holyfield when he again becomes the champ.
