i don't see much point in it either. if a super-heavy division was around, the cruiserweight division would remind me of it. i don't see much point in discussing a fighters legacy in reply to the cruiserweight division.

A division that is deep in talent and highly appreciated in Europe and around the world. Thing is once again America doesn't have that much talent at this weightclass. The best fighters from America is of courseSteve Cunningham, followed by B.J. Flores, Bobby Gunn, and Matt Godfrey. If you go around the world, there is British heartthrob and playboy David Haye, German stud Alexander Alekseev, surprising world-class fighter from the Czech republic in Rudolf Kraj, Welsh powerpuncher Enzo Maccarinelli and we can't forget the champion O'Neil Bell and one of maybe three tough Frenchmen in Jean Marc Mormeck. There is also Virgil Hill, Grigory Drozd, Piertro Aurino, I mean there is a legit top 20 of solid to world-class fighters and I am too lazy to name them all. But the thing is, I follow the division closely and the marketing is pathetic. A stepchild it will always be, but Mormeck/Bell is a legit candidate for fighter of the year, and don't most old fighters gain weight, so why the hell would old heavyweights fall to cruiserweight?

how do u not make make for a heavyweight fight? lol

and i dont really pay attention to that division either.

there are some real good fights in that division though, that could happen soon that i would definetly watch.

But its not a division that i live and die by like i used to for the lightweight division, and now the welterweight division.
